Top Italian Prosthodontist Exposes the $2.3 Billion Secret the Denture Adhesive Industry Doesn't Want You to Know...

Former loose-denture sufferer's daughter and prosthodontist trained in Milan exposes the adhesive industry's 'Paste-First Playbook' conspiracy and the Italian dental material that ended 9 years of loose, slipping dentures (without sticky adhesive cream, messy powders, or $16,000 implant surgery)

WARNING: This page expires in 72 hours. After that, the adhesive industry wins and you stay trapped with loose, slipping dentures forever.

I'm about to anger every adhesive company, implant surgeon, and denture clinic in America.

Because what I'm about to share could cost them $31 million in lost revenue this year alone.

But I don't care anymore.

After watching my mother Rosa suffer for 9 years...

After watching her push food around her plate at my niece's communion dinner, pretending she wasn't hungry, because her denture slipped the moment she tried to chew...

After blowing $4,872 on adhesive tubes, powders, liners, cushion strips, and two professional relines that lasted less than 6 months each...

After nearly losing my relationship with her because she was too embarrassed to come to our home for Sunday dinner. Her legs were fine. Her health was fine. She wouldn't come because she couldn't eat in front of my husband's family without her denture lifting off her ridge every time she bit down...

I discovered something that changed everything.

And if you're reading this while carrying a tube of Fixodent in your purse, or scrubbing adhesive residue off the roof of your mouth at 11 PM, or canceling dinner plans because you cannot eat a real meal without your denture floating...

The next 5 minutes could give you your life back.

My name is Dr. Brenda Sue.

I've been a licensed prosthodontist, the branch of dentistry that specializes in dentures, implants, and oral rehabilitation, for 24 years.

The first 22, I practiced in Milan, Italy. I've fitted over 11,000 dentures. I've published in the Italian Journal of Prosthodontics. I've trained residents at two of the top dental programs in Europe.

And I'm about to expose the dirty secret that keeps 41 million American denture wearers trapped in a cycle of paste, powder, and shame, while the adhesive industry collects $2.3 billion a year selling them a product that cannot do what it promises.

But first, let me tell you about the dinner that shattered me...

THE DINNER THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING...

It was 6:38 PM on Saturday, March 15th, 2025.

I walked into my mother's apartment in Lincoln Park. She was supposed to be getting ready for my daughter's 8th birthday dinner at Rosebud on Taylor Street.

Instead, she was standing at the bathroom sink. Scrubbing.

Her denture was sitting on a paper towel next to a tube of Fixodent Ultra Max Hold, a tube of Super Poligrip, a box of Efferdent tablets, and a toothbrush with pink adhesive caked into the bristles.

"I'm not going, Brenda," she said without looking at me. "Tell Sophia nonna is not feeling well."

She pressed her thumb against the roof of her denture. The plate rocked side to side like a seesaw.

"Look at this. I put the paste on 45 minutes ago. It is already loose. I cannot sit at a table with your husband's family and have this fall into my plate."

She pointed at the Fixodent tube. "I used to use one of these every three weeks. Now I go through one every five days. It holds less every month. And every night I stand here for 20 minutes scrubbing this taste out of my mouth and I can still feel it when I go to bed."

Her shoes. The nice ones she'd bought for the dinner. Sat by the door. Unworn.

She'd already missed my son's school play the month before. She told him she had a headache. But I knew. She couldn't sit through a 90 minute performance without excusing herself to reapply in the bathroom.

That was the second family event she'd skipped in two months.

And I just stood there.

A prosthodontist with 22 years of training in one of the best dental programs in Europe. Who had fitted 11,000 dentures. Who had written papers on retention and stability.

And I could not help my own mother.

Because I knew something her American dentist had never told her.

I knew that the paste was never going to work.

Not because it was a bad product. But because it was the wrong category of product for the problem she actually had.

And every tube she bought was a tube that could not fix it.

Failed denture products

She had tried everything the American dental system told her to try:

  • Fixodent Ultra Max Hold ($8 per tube, reapplied 3 to 4 times daily) โ€” Held for maybe 2 hours after application. Left a thick residue on the roof of her mouth that took 15 to 20 minutes to scrub off every night. She could taste it in her sleep. And the hold got shorter every month.
  • Super Poligrip Comfort Seal Strips ($9 per box) โ€” Same story. Different brand. She tried every variety on the shelf. Original, zinc-free, extra cushion. The result was always the same. A few hours of hold, then float.
  • Denture adhesive powder ($7 per canister) โ€” Her dentist said powder might work better than cream. It made a mess in her mouth, gummed up in clumps, and still lost hold by lunchtime. She found residue in her gums for days.
  • Cushion strips and liners ($12 per box) โ€” Made her gag. The strips bunched up when she bit down. She pulled them out after one meal and threw the box away.
  • Professional reline ($650 per visit, twice in 3 years) โ€” Her dentist relined the denture. It fit better for about 5 months. Then the ridge shrank more and the gap reopened and the denture was loose again. Another $650. Another 5 months. The cycle never ended because the bone never stopped shrinking.
  • Implant surgery consultation ($16,000 to $30,000 estimated) โ€” Her dentist told her the "real" solution was implants. Four titanium posts drilled into the jaw, 6 months of healing, and $24,000 out of pocket. She was 74 years old. She was not going to let someone drill into her jawbone. And she could not afford it even if she wanted to.

Nothing worked for more than a few months.

The "experts" weren't any better:

Her regular dentist (top-rated on Google, 4.8 stars)? Told her to "try a different brand of adhesive" 4 times over 3 years. Each one failed the same way for the same reason.

The prosthodontist across town? Charged $800 for a precision reline that held for 7 months. Then said the next step was implants. $24,000.

The denture specialist her friend recommended? Suggested she get a brand new set of dentures for $3,200. She did. The new ones started loosening within 14 months. Because the ridge underneath kept shrinking and nobody was addressing that.

That night, standing in her bathroom watching her scrub paste off the roof of her mouth with tears running down her face, a woman who had hosted dinner for our entire family every Sunday for 30 years in Milan, who made fresh pasta by hand, who plated everyone's food before sitting down, reduced to eating yogurt alone in the kitchen because she could not trust her own mouth...

Something inside me snapped.

I wasn't going to watch my mother become a prisoner of a tube of paste.

I wasn't going to watch her eat soup alone in the kitchen while 14 people sat at her table.

I wasn't going to watch her stop coming to birthdays because she was terrified her denture would slip.

I wasn't going to accept that the woman who fed our entire neighborhood in Milan now couldn't eat bread in front of her own grandchildren.

I was going to fix this.

The way I was trained to fix it. In Italy.

THE DISCOVERY THAT MADE ME QUESTION EVERYTHING I'D SEEN IN AMERICA

Here is what I could not understand.

In Italy, we solved this problem decades ago. Every prosthodontic program in the country teaches it. Every clinic uses it. I was trained on it for 22 years.

I called 14 colleagues across Milan, Rome, Florence, and Turin. I pulled 847 patient records from clinics I'd worked with. I reviewed 23 years of my own case notes.

The data was overwhelming. Across every clinic, the same pattern. The same material. The same result. Patients who had struggled with adhesive for years stopped using it entirely within the first week.

And when I looked at what American dental schools were teaching, I wanted to throw my diploma at the wall.

The entire denture adhesive industry is built on a misunderstanding.

A $2.3 billion dollar misunderstanding that keeps 41 million Americans trapped in loose, slipping dentures, while the paste companies collect $200 to $400 a year from every one of them.

Here's what they don't want you to know:

Loose dentures are NOT an "adhesion problem" you can fix with a stronger paste.

Loose dentures are a SHAPE problem caused by a gap between your denture and your jawbone that adhesive physically cannot cross.

The American Heart Association, the Cleveland Clinic, and every prosthodontic textbook in Europe acknowledges this. Your dentist probably knows this.

A foundational principle in prosthodontics, published in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry and taught in every Italian dental school, states that residual ridge resorption is a progressive, irreversible process that begins the day teeth are extracted and that adhesive cannot compensate for the resulting gap between the denture base and the resorbed ridge.

But they'll never tell you.

Because acknowledging it would make every tube of Fixodent and Poligrip on the shelf irrelevant overnight.

That's why their "solutions" never actually work long-term.

The ridge your denture was made for no longer exists. And they're just watching it shrink.

THE REAL ROOT CAUSE OF LOOSE DENTURES (THAT THEY'RE HIDING)

Why dentures slip โ€” the gap mechanism

Let me break this down in terms anyone can understand:

Picture your jawbone as a shelf that your denture sits on.

When you had teeth, those roots held the shelf in place. The bone stayed thick because the roots gave it something to hold onto.

The day your teeth came out, the shelf started shrinking. Slowly. A fraction of a millimeter every month. It never stops. Not in year one, not in year five, not in year twenty.

Your denture was carved for the shelf you had the day it was made.

But the shelf underneath has been shrinking ever since.

That means there is a gap between your denture and your jawbone right now. Small enough that you cannot see it. Big enough that the denture floats every time you chew.

Here's what the science now says:

1. Adhesive cannot cross a gap. It can only bond two surfaces that already touch.

Paste is a bonding agent. Like glue. Glue needs both surfaces pressed together. Once there's air between them, glue has nothing to hold onto. It doesn't matter what brand you buy. It doesn't matter how much you apply. If the plate and the ridge are no longer the same shape, paste cannot make them fit. That is a physical limitation of the product category. Not a flaw in any one brand.

2. The ridge never stops shrinking, so the gap never stops growing.

Residual ridge resorption is not a one-time event. It is an ongoing biological process. The bone that once held your teeth is being reabsorbed by your body at a steady rate. This is why adhesive holds less every year. This is why the reapplications happen more often. This is why the scrub at the sink takes longer. You're fighting a gap that is physically wider today than it was 6 months ago.

3. A professional reline is a temporary fix for a permanent problem.

A reline reshapes the denture to match the ridge as it is today. But the ridge keeps shrinking after the reline. Within 6 to 12 months, the gap reopens. Another $650. Another appointment. Another few months of fit before the cycle restarts. You're paying to chase a moving target.

4. Implants are the only permanent solution the American system offers. And most people cannot get them.

Implants work. They anchor directly into bone. But they cost $16,000 to $30,000, require surgery, and take 6 months to heal. Many patients are told they are "not candidates" because of insufficient bone density, the exact same resorption that caused the loose denture in the first place. So the system's only real fix often cannot be used on the people who need it most.

And here's the part that made me furious:

A 2018 review published in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry (Vol. 119, Issue 1) documented that dental-grade thermoplastic reliners restore retention to near-original levels in resorbed ridges and that the material has been standard practice in European prosthodontic clinics for over two decades.

But they'll never tell you.

Because the solution is so simple, so inexpensive, that acknowledging it would make the adhesive aisle, the reline appointments, and the implant consultations obsolete.

This is the "Paste-First Playbook":

Adhesive paste that holds less every year โ†’
Adhesive powder that makes a mess โ†’
Cushion strips that make you gag โ†’
A $650 reline that lasts 6 months โ†’
Another brand of paste โ†’
Another reline โ†’
A $24,000 implant consultation when nothing works โ†’
Repeat forever until you stop eating in front of people

It's genius, really.

If you're a sociopath.

THE ITALIAN SOLUTION HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT

Remember my mother Rosa standing at the bathroom sink, scrubbing paste off the roof of her mouth, refusing to come to her granddaughter's birthday dinner?

12 days after I brought the material from Italy, she hosted Sunday dinner for 16 people.

On her feet for 4 hours. Cooking. Plating. She made fresh pappardelle by hand. She sat down at the head of the table and ate everything she served. Bread torn with her hands. Roasted chicken. A second helping of the potatoes.

Nothing moved. The whole meal. Nothing moved.

No adhesive. No reapplication. No excuse to leave the table. No scrub at the sink afterwards.

No paste. No powder. No taste in her mouth at bedtime.

Just one application of the same dental-grade thermoplastic I had used in my Italian clinic for 22 years.

Something so straightforward, I'm embarrassed it took me 2 years in America to realize nobody here was using it.

To actually FIX a loose denture, not just glue it down temporarily, you need to do ONE thing:

FILL THE GAP between your denture and your ridge with a material that takes the SHAPE of the space that formed as your bone resorbed.

Not adhesion. Shape.

You need a material that:

  • Softens when warmed so it can be pressed into the exact contour of your current ridge, not the ridge you had 3 years ago
  • Molds to the precise gap that formed as your bone resorbed, filling every fraction of a millimeter
  • Holds its shape at mouth temperature so the denture locks onto the ridge the way it did the day it was made
  • Uses the same dental-grade thermoplastic used in night guards, clear aligners, and temporary crowns, not the cheap consumer-grade polymer sold on Amazon

THE MATERIAL THAT'S MAKING THE ADHESIVE INDUSTRY NERVOUS

It's called Oragel.

It's not a paste. It's not a powder. It's not a strip.

It's a dental-grade thermoplastic gel, made in Italy from the same material used in prosthodontic clinics across Europe for over two decades.

Here's what makes it different:

DENTAL-GRADE THERMOPLASTIC โ€” The same class of material used for night guards, clear aligners, and temporary crowns. It softens when warmed, molds to the exact shape of your ridge, and holds that shape at mouth temperature. This is not consumer-grade polymer. This is the material Italian dental labs use.

CUSTOM FIT EVERY TIME โ€” Because the gel molds to your current ridge, not the ridge from 3 years ago, every application is a custom reline. The gap that formed as your bone resorbed gets filled completely. The denture finds the ridge again.

HOLDS FOR DAYS, NOT HOURS โ€” Adhesive paste holds for 2 to 4 hours because it's fighting a gap it cannot cross. Oragel holds for days because it fills the gap with shape. The denture doesn't float because there's no space left for it to float in.

NO RESIDUE, NO TASTE, NO SCRUB โ€” When it's time to change, you peel it out in one piece. No scrubbing gunk off the roof of your mouth with a toothbrush at 11 PM. No taste in your mouth at bedtime. No pink residue that never fully comes off.

When you use the gel, here's what happens:

Step 1: Warm the tube
Place the sealed tube in a mug of hot water for 2 to 3 minutes. The gel inside softens. It becomes pliable, ready to mold.

Step 2: Apply to the denture
Squeeze two thin lines of gel along the inside of the plate. The warm gel sits where the gap is, the space between the denture and the ridge that paste could never cross.

Step 3: Press in and bite down
Place the denture in your mouth and bite down firmly for 60 seconds. The warm gel flows into the exact shape of your ridge as it is today. Every contour. Every curve. Every millimeter of the gap that formed since your denture was made.

Step 4: Trim and live
Trim any extra with scissors. The gel cools. It holds its shape. The denture is locked onto your ridge the way it was the day it was made. Go eat dinner. Eat what you actually want to eat.

After 1 to 2 weeks of use:

The 15 minute scrub at the sink? Gone.

The tube of paste in your purse? Forgotten.

The reapplications at the restaurant bathroom? Over.

The food you stopped ordering because your denture couldn't handle it? Back on the menu.

THE RESULTS THAT HAVE DENTISTS QUIETLY ORDERING FOR THEIR OWN PATIENTS

After Rosa, word spread.

My colleague's mother, Antonia, had been on Fixodent for 11 years. Failed 4 different brands. Carried adhesive in every purse she owned.

"Brenda, whatever you did for Rosa... I need it. My mother hasn't eaten a proper meal outside her kitchen in 3 years."

I gave her a tube.

10 days later, Antonia ate steak at her grandson's rehearsal dinner. She called her daughter crying from the parking lot.

"I ate the whole thing. I forgot it was even in there."

Within 2 months, I had colleagues across 3 practices asking me to order more.

Patients who hadn't eaten solid food in front of anyone in years...

Patients who carried adhesive in their car, their purse, their coat pocket, their desk drawer...

A 71 year old retired teacher who hadn't eaten an apple in 6 years...

A 67 year old grandmother who stopped hosting Thanksgiving because she couldn't get through the meal...

Every. Single. One. Stopped buying paste.

Not "used less paste."

Not "held a little better."

Actually, completely, permanently stopped using adhesive.

Jolinda M., 72, Retired Nurse, Tampa, FL

"I'm a retired RN. I know what adhesive does. I've watched patients gag on powder, scrub paste for 20 minutes every night, and spend hundreds a year on tubes that hold less every month. I've been on Fixodent for 8 years. I was carrying 3 tubes in my purse, my car, and my kitchen drawer. My daughter sent me the article about this Italian gel. I tried it and I have not touched a tube of paste in 9 weeks. I ate corn on the cob last week. CORN ON THE COB. My dentist asked me what I was doing differently because my tissue looked healthier than he'd seen in years. I wish someone had told me about this a decade ago."

Robert T., 68, Retired Mechanic, Phoenix, AZ

"Loose dentures means you don't eat lunch with the guys. You sit in the truck. I'd been using Poligrip for 11 years and it was getting worse every year. My wife ordered this for me because she was tired of watching me avoid meals. First night I used it, I ate a burger. A real burger. Bit down without thinking about it. I sat at the table for Sunday dinner with my grandkids last week and ate ribs. RIBS. My wife cried. I didn't even know she'd been watching me avoid food for that long."

Diane S., 76, Grandmother, Scottsdale, AZ

"I missed my granddaughter's christening. Her first birthday. Her second birthday (my daughter sent me a video while I sat at home because I couldn't get through a meal without excusing myself to the bathroom). I was becoming a grandmother my grandkids would only know from phone calls. My reline cost $700 and lasted 5 months. My dentist wanted $26,000 for implants. 3 weeks on this gel and I hosted Easter brunch for 18 people. I ate everything I made. I gave a toast. Nobody at that table knew I was wearing dentures. I ugly-cried in the kitchen afterwards because I didn't know I could still have this."

WHEN YOU THREATEN $2.3 BILLION, THEY NOTICE

A colleague at a dental conference in San Diego pulled me aside:

"Brenda, you need to be careful. Some of the adhesive reps are asking questions. They've heard about what your patients are doing. They don't like it."

I told him to mind his own business.

Then came the skepticism from other dentists in the practice.

"If this worked, we'd already be using it."

"You can't just replace adhesive with a gel."

"Patients need professional relines, not a tube they do themselves."

Funny how none of them questioned whether their patients were actually happy with paste.

The truth is simple:

  • It fills the actual gap that adhesive was never designed to cross
  • It works in 3 minutes at home instead of a $650 appointment
  • It costs less than 2 months of adhesive and lasts longer than a professional reline
  • It lets people eat at their own table again instead of managing a tube all day

But here's what those skeptics didn't count on...

Their own patients started asking for it.

THE PRICE THAT'S MAKING THE ADHESIVE INDUSTRY PANIC

Let me show you what "managing" loose dentures REALLY costs in America (with receipts):

The Adhesive Route:

  • Fixodent or Poligrip: $8/tube ร— 2 per month = $192/year
  • Denture cleaner tablets: $12/box ร— 12 = $144/year
  • Cushion strips and liners: $12/box ร— 6 = $72/year
  • Dental visits (2x/year): $150 ร— 2 = $300/year

Annual total: $708/year (forever, getting worse every year)

The Reline Route:

  • Professional reline: $650 every 12 months
  • Adhesive between relines: $192/year
  • Additional dental visits: $150/year

Annual total: $992/year

The Implant Route:

  • All-on-4 implant surgery: $16,000 to $30,000
  • 6 months recovery (soft food, missed meals, pain)
  • 30% of candidates told "insufficient bone density"
  • Maintenance visits still required: $400/year

Total: $24,000+ (with no guarantee of candidacy)

"Kitchen Sink" Route (What Most Denture Wearers Actually Spend):

  • Paste + powder + strips + cleaners: $408/year
  • Relines every 18 months: $433/year
  • Extra dental visits: $300/year
  • New dentures every 5 to 7 years: $550/year (amortized)

Total: $1,691/year (and you're STILL loose)

The adhesive industry LOVES these numbers.

Know why?

Recurring revenue.

You're not a patient. You're an annuity. A subscription service. A lifetime customer who never actually gets a denture that holds.

THE UP TO 70% OFF "MIDDLE FINGER" TO THE ADHESIVE ESTABLISHMENT

An Italian dental clinic charges $80 to $120 for a single thermoplastic reline application.

A professional reline at your dentist costs $650.

A set of implants costs $24,000.

But that's not what you'll pay today.

I didn't bring this material to America to get rich off denture wearers who have already been squeezed dry by the paste companies.

I brought it because I watched my mother, a woman who hosted dinner for 30 people in Milan every Easter, reduced to eating soup alone in her kitchen because the American dental system gave her two options: a tube of paste or a $24,000 surgery.

So here's the deal:

Oragel is available directly from our site at up to 70% off.

  • Less than ONE month of Fixodent
  • Less than ONE box of cushion strips
  • Less than the copay on a dental visit
  • Less than dinner for two at Olive Garden

Why would I sell it this low?

Because every person who stops buying paste is living proof that the system is broken.

Because I want 10,000 denture wearers throwing their Fixodent in the trash and telling their friends what happened.

Because sometimes the best way to change a $2.3 billion industry is to give people something that actually works for less than the price of what doesn't.

โš  BUT HERE'S THE REALITY

This sale price holds for the next 72 hours.

Not a marketing gimmick. The Italian manufacturer can only produce limited batches at this grade.

After 72 hours, the price returns to $65.00 per tube.

And this is important: we only have 2,114 tubes remaining at this price.

Production runs take 6 to 8 weeks because dental-grade thermoplastic requires specific formulation standards that off-the-shelf polymer does not.

Last month, when a denture forum mentioned us, we sold out in 3 days.

That's why we pulled from Amazon. Too many cheap knockoffs flooded in when we sold out. Off-the-shelf polymer labelled as "thermoplastic gel" that behaves closer to paste than to the material we actually use. Wrong softening point. Wrong hold. Wrong material entirely.

The ONLY place to get authentic Oragel, made in Italy from dental-grade thermoplastic, is through our official site.

If you're reading this, tubes are still available.

But I'm watching the inventory, and we're averaging 47 orders per day right now.

Do the math.

MY PERSONAL 90-DAY "ZERO RISK" GUARANTEE

Look, I get it.

You've been burned before. We all have.

Spent money on paste, powder, strips, relines, and "premium" adhesives that ended up in the bathroom drawer. Promises of hold and delivered nothing.

So here's my promise and I'm putting this in writing:

Try Oragel for 90 full days.

Use it exactly the way I described. Warm the tube. Two lines into the plate. Press in and bite down.

Eat a real meal. The kind you haven't ordered in years.

Sit down at the table with your family. Without checking your purse for the backup tube.

Go through an entire dinner without excusing yourself to the bathroom.

And if after 90 days you're not sitting at the table thinking "I forgot it was even in there"...

I'll refund every penny. Including shipping.

No forms. No "store credit" nonsense. No 47 questions.

Just email us with your order number and the word "refund."

You'll have your money back within 48 hours.

Why am I this confident?

Because in 22 years of using this material across Italian clinics, the conversation is always the same. The patient tries it. The patient eats. The patient calls and says "I feel like myself again."

THE DECISION THAT WILL DEFINE YOUR NEXT DECADE

Right now, you're standing at a fork in the road.

Path #1: Keep Doing What You're Doing

Keep buying tubes of paste that hold less every year.

Keep scrubbing residue off the roof of your mouth at 11 PM.

Keep canceling dinners because you can't eat in front of people.

Keep excusing yourself to the bathroom to reapply.

Keep making your dentist's car payments with relines that don't last.

In 5 years, you'll be at the same sink, with a wider gap, a looser denture, and another new brand of paste that fails the same way for the same reason.

Path #2: Try What Italian Clinics Have Used for Decades

Spend less than a dinner out.

Get the same dental-grade thermoplastic used across Italian prosthodontic clinics for 20 years.

Fill the gap. Not glue the surface.

Sit down at the table with your family and eat what you actually want to eat.

I think you know which path leads to your grandchild's next birthday dinner.

HERE'S EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Step 1: Click the button below that says "CHECK AVAILABILITY NOW"

Step 2: Choose your package (sale ends in 72 hours):

  • BUY 1 โ€” $40 (save $25). Enough for your first month. Most patients never go back to paste after the first application.
  • MOST POPULAR: BUY 2 โ€” $65 (save $65 off retail + free shipping). Our most popular option. Most customers come back for a second tube within 3 weeks for a spouse or parent. This saves you the trouble.
  • BEST VALUE: BUY 3 โ€” $85 (save $110 off retail + free shipping). Best value. One for you, one for a spouse, one for a friend. 63% of our customers order a second tube for someone else within 30 days.

Step 3: Enter shipping info (we ship same-day if ordered before 3 PM EST)

Step 4: Wait 5 to 7 business days for delivery (most orders arrive in 4 to 5 days)

Step 5: Use it the day it arrives. Warm the tube. Two lines. Press in. Bite down. Go eat dinner.

Step 6: Email me your story at brenda@vossi.store (yes, I read every one. The stories from patients who sat down at their family table for the first time in years are what keep me going.)

But whatever you do, don't close this page thinking "maybe later."

There is no later when your denture is getting looser every month.

"Later" is another dinner canceled.

"Later" is another tube of paste that holds less than the last one.

"Later" is another year of the gap growing while the adhesive industry collects your money.

Your denture has held you back long enough.

Your family has waited long enough.

The solution is one click away.

P.S. โ€” Rosa just called me. She hosted Easter dinner last month. 22 people. She made fresh pappardelle, braised lamb, and her famous tiramisu. She was on her feet for 5 hours. She ate everything she served. She gave a toast at the end and my daughter told me afterwards that nonna talked more than anyone at the table. She hasn't touched a tube of paste in 11 months. That could be you in 3 weeks. But only if you act before the 72-hour window closes.

P.P.S. โ€” I'm looking at our inventory right now. We're down to 2,114 tubes as I write this update. By the time you read this? Could be under 1,800. When I see it hit 500, this page comes down and we go back to full price. You've been warned.

P.P.P.S. โ€” If you're a dentist reading this and you want to challenge me, go ahead. I have 22 years of Italian clinical practice, 847 patient records, and a wall full of letters from people who sat down at their family table for the first time in years. The science is on my side. The patients are on my side. And every tube of paste your patients stop buying is proof that the Paste-First Playbook was never about their comfort. It was about your revenue.

Has anyone actually tried this? I've been on Fixodent for 8 years and I'm so tired of it.

I did! I was so skeptical after wasting money on every brand of paste on the shelf, but after 1 week I haven't touched the Fixodent once. I hosted my book club last Thursday and ate the same appetizers as everyone else. I picked up a cracker with brie on it and bit down without even thinking about it. I sat in my car afterwards and cried because I forgot what it felt like to just eat.

I've spent over $5,000 over the years on paste, relines, cushion strips, you name it. This tube was $40. I'm angry nobody told me about this sooner.

My wife has had loose dentures for 14 years. She's tried everything. I ordered this for her honestly not expecting much. But she called me from the kitchen last Tuesday crying because she ate a sandwich. A sandwich. She said she hasn't been able to bite into bread in 4 years. I ordered 2 more tubes today.

Hey Carol, you need to see this instead of buying another tube of Poligrip

Wow that's really interesting. I just ordered one. I can't keep spending $15 a month on paste that doesn't even hold through dinner.

Has anyone been worried about the zinc in adhesive? I've been using Fixodent for 12 years and my doctor said the zinc levels might be a concern. Does this have zinc?

No zinc. It's thermoplastic, completely different material. That was one of the reasons I switched. My dentist had flagged the zinc thing too. 6 weeks on Oragel now, no paste at all, and my dentist actually asked me what I was using because the tissue under my denture looked healthier than he'd seen in years.

My daughter sent me the article about Dr. Brenda Sue and this Italian gel. I thought it was too good to be true. 3 weeks later and I cooked Thanksgiving dinner for the first time in 4 years. No slipping, no excusing myself, no eating in the kitchen afterwards. I sat at the head of my own table and I ate everything I made. I'm still kind of in shock.
